Over the course of the year, children are able to join various school clubs - athletics, band, choir, computing, cookery, cross-country running, science, yoga, drama, football, marimba, netball, quiz club, philosophy, recorders, squash, swimming, tag rugby and tennis.
Key Stage 2 pupils can also sign up for drum or guitar lessons with the Rock 'n' Pop Foundation; also clarinet or flute lessons with Mrs Louise Thomas (Charges payable for these lessons).
We also have a Breakfast Club (8.00 - 8:55) and an after school club, Fun time Club (3.20 to 6.00 p.m.). Parents are welcome to view the facilities any morning or afternoon in the mobile classroom at the rear of the school. Booking forms are available in the school entrance foyer or from the link below.
Year 6 have enjoyed creating tasty new dishes in our after-school Cookery Club. The children experienced trying new ingredients like Feta cheese and olives in a Greek salad plus spicy vegetables in the Fajitas. We hope that they continue to use their new skills and have fun at home cooking these healthy new recipes.
After school choir club is held on Mondays after school and Band Club on Thursdays after school.
Extra curricular Flute, Saxaphone and Clarinet lessons for Key Stage 2 children are available on Monday afternoons with Louise Thomas, music tutor. Drum and guitar lessons are also available with The Rock n Pop Foundation on Tuesday lunchtimes. Application forms are available from the school office.
