MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAVE A VERY HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Thank you very much for your thoughtful gifts, for myself, Mrs Fulcher and Miss Kidd. 

SPRING TERM 

This half-term we have a slightly different timetable:

Monday – PE

Thursday – Forest School

Please could the children come into school in their PE Kits and their clothes for Forest School.

There is a continued expectation that children in Year 5 read five times a week. Please have the class bring their reading book to school every day, as we check to make sure that the children have read the day before or once over the weekend. This is so that it becomes routine, and we have found that consistency helps motivate children. I know a lot of the class will now read independently, but please could you listen to them once a week and sign their reading record.
