Kett's Rebellion

Our second project of Year 5 is going to be all about Kett’s Rebellion!

I would like the children to find out facts about Kett’s Rebellion, you could focus on who was involved, why it happened or where it happened. Reminder, I give out house points for exceptional effort.

The project is due Monday 16^th March, you can choose whether to start in the half term holiday, but it shouldn’t be something done the night before.

I very much look forward to seeing the children’s efforts, their first project was wonderful so I am sure they will blow us away with their second!

Tudors!

Our first project of Year 5 is going to be all about the Tudors!

The areas we are studying are: War of the Roses/ Battle of Bosworth/ Henry VIII/ English reformation/ The rich and poor/ Everyday life.

I would like the children to find out facts about a certain area of our topic. I give out house points for exceptional effort and bear in mind the amount of time the children have had to work on this project. 

The project is due the week beginning the 3^rd November.

I very much look forward to seeing the children’s efforts. They have been wonderful these first few weeks, so I am sure they will blow us away with their first project!
